I can no longer shop at GUESS if you have not properly logged in my return. It took over a month to receive any information about my return, and who knows what has happened to the item at this time. I know you received my item because I sent the items together, they were from the same order, and you have logged in one item. The returns were "started" at different times, which may have caused an error when someone received it, and only validated one return and not both.As you can see, I purchased two pairs of the same jeans (orders GE01006402 and GE00934434). I returned to you the larger size 26 jeans, along with the size small black skirt. I would have no reason to keep jeans that didn't fit me, or buy two pairs. I am losing my trust in GUESS online, it takes far too long for returns and they are not being logged in correct. I supported GUESS during lockdown by buying £500+ worth of clothes, most of which I have never even worn because of lockdown. I will buy more luxury in the future of companies with better service if I am not credited for the item I sent over a month ago.I was always patient in the returns before but now you have lost my trust.

The young girls they hire don't have a clue what customer service is let alone Good customer service, which is a direct result of extremely poor management or lack thereof! Ignored it and continued to shop there but just can't see giving one more dime to a company that thinks so little of it's patrons! No more! Guess outlet at Tanger Outlet, Glendale, Az.

I understand that in this time ( lock down) every company want to stay "afloat" and its had to do this, if you decide to stay, do maximum effort to do this. I make a lot of orders and half of them i returned back, for deferent reason. But to receive my money back i needed to make tens phone calls, to wait hours to listen some unnecessary information about a worldwide fictitious contagion called covid. (if i need some information about it, i'll call special unit but not customer service return department.) Finally i receive my money back but it cost for me a lot of spending time and nerves.And the second i use separate websites for obtaining cashback from this retailer and all time they take the decision to decline all my cashback, citing any reason not to pay.

Never had such a terrible experience!!! DO NOT ORDER with Guess online!!!! I sent back part of the order, they received it back, and 1.5 months later they did not pay me back the amount. I have to call every week to ask, and they just say they will look at it and let me know and it never happens, and they even get angry to answer my questions! THIS IS TROULY TERRIBLE AND OUTRAGEOUS. They shuold not be allowed to sell online!

Placed an order weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived. The tracking links says the shipment number is invalid. Raised a case with my bank for a refund

The Customer Service is Awful now. They do not answer to your questions via Facebook messenger at all , via email they are playing with you , because they do not want give you a refund.I have returned two orders nearly a month ago used a Guess label provided and also the returns were registered online as well . Still no refund received . This is what they replay to my email:Thank you for contacting GUESS customer service. We have checked your order, but I am afraid that there is no return created. Please keep in mind that if no return request is created, the refund process can not be completed We can create it for you, but we would please need a receipt from the parcel shop where you dropped the parcel. I think its a scam! Like everyone else i placed an order for a bday prezzie in Jan 3-5 days delivery. We are in Feb no sign of my bag. Rang cust service he blamed brexit! Im worried about this tax charge thinh too..I will report to European Consumer Team to investigate and ask my bank for a chargeback! Not worth it buy british!Update- good news bag arrived today 8-02-21,thank goodness and no duty to pay. But arrived after 21days. Still BB - on time delays and potential custom costs.

Like others parcels are taking ages, but this is honestly due to brexit as they are coming from the EU, I work in imports and know the issues that are going on trying to get goods through. But..... what I didn’t like is that I could only return via yodel even though their site said about the post office. My yodel is miles and miles away!!!

Delivery tracking information not correct and no response from email. They have option for live chat but tried several times in the past few days but everytime same response" no one available to help". So I tried a different way, they also have options personalised styling live chat. And guess what!! Some one available there to help you to buy things!!! So once you buy, you'll not receive items and no one there to help you for answering your email, chat and refund but there is always help so you can spend money there... PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE.

After all ..... not a scam company Here is my review Placed an order on the 9th jan. Only receipt I had was on PayPal. Chased order on the 13th, email to customer service - no reply as of today. Goods arrived today 19th January . Happy with purchase.Packaged nicely . Unhappy with non existent customer service and lengthy time for delivery .

I ordered an item on 26th December, I received a confirmation informing me they would be in touch once it was shipped. I then received a shipment confirmation on 31 December. We are now on 14 January and it still hasn't arrived. I have tried the tracking number, it states that the number doesn't exist!! I have tried emailing and calling and I have yet to receive a response. Very poor service!!I used to love Guess, this has put me right off. Be cautious if you are ordering anything!!

Seriously this is the worst company I have ever ordered from! Ordered a floor length puffer coat and I haven’t received it! The tracking number for “DHL” (apparently) isn’t found when I go on the DHL website! I have sent numerous emails and had no response. Think this could be a scam company now or it is going into liquidation or something! as something definitely isn’t right here! Luckily I had paid with PayPal and they are now dealing with it so I will eventually get my money back! I Would seriously avoid ordering anything with this company!
